Emil Gatone (Artist) retains all copyrights to the painting and or image in full or partial Emil Gatone (artist) retains the right to reproduce the painting and or image in full or partial in any form.  Emil Gatone (Artist) retains the Copyright to produce and sell prints of the painting and or image in full or partial.  Emil Gatone (Artist) retains the right to post the painting or any part of the image in full or partial online or in any other form of media.  Owner of the piece of art has no right to reproduce the painting and or image in full or partial in any form.  This would be violation of copyright and Emil Gatone (Artist ) would be entitled to all and any profits made from the reproduction as well as any legal fees to collect the mentioned profits. Any images in full or partial of the piece of art work posted online, in social media, or in any other form of media must credit Emil Gatone as the creator and copyright owner of the piece of art .  Any damage to the piece of art should be reported to Emil Gatone (Artist ) for repair or restoration of the piece of art work.  Owner can show the piece of art at any gallery owned and operated by Emil Gatone (Artist) in the future for the purpose to resell the piece of art at its going rate with no commission due to the gallery.  By signing this Agreement you are responsible for the full payment of the agreed final sale price of $.......................... Owner can show the peice of art at any gallery they want for the purpose of selling the piece of art at any price they want to.  All sales are final no refunds or return will be given for any reason.
